We handle matters with real financial stakes, identified opposing parties and decision-makers authorized to hire counsel. We do not handle residential tenant defense.

Florida now requires milestone structural inspections for older multi-story residential condominiums, a structural integrity reserve study identifying required reserve items, and reserve funding based on it. Thresholds and deadlines have been amended repeatedly since 2022, so associations should confirm what currently applies to their building.
