This position is structured on the expectation that you bring judgment rather than wait for instructions. You pick up a caseload and move matters forward without step-by-step direction.
You are the primary point of contact on the files you handle. You draft the documents yourself and see the work through from intake to resolution.
You appear and argue motions and evidentiary hearings independently. This is not a seat where someone else stands up for you.

Courtroom hearing experience is required at the time of application. You should already be able to appear and argue motions and evidentiary hearings independently.

It's 10% of revenue collected on client matters you originate independent of firm resources and marketing, paid pursuant to a separate written compensation agreement — additional to your base salary, not a substitute for it.
