Jenny's contribution begins with recognizing what the organization needs and taking responsibility for building a response. Recruitment, written procedures, and clear assignments work together in her approach. Team members have specific areas to manage, and handoffs connect their work to the next person in the process.
At the firm, this includes coordinating initial prospect interviews and organizing the information needed for attorney review. Her operational responsibilities also connect digital projects with daily work: website updates, CRM workflows, content planning, and follow-up are coordinated across the team.
Creating the systems behind investor relationships
At Kronos Capital International, where her work spans systems architecture and investor administration, Jenny designed and created an integrated investor CRM. Its framework was designed to connect investor intake, referral-source tracking, onboarding, follow-up, document and status tracking, and reporting.
The project reflects her ability to translate a business need into a structure that others can use. Her focus is the relationship between information and responsibility: what needs to be recorded, how work progresses, and who owns the next step. This systems work supports investor administration, including healthcare-related investment initiatives.
A UF graduate building professional opportunity
A University of Florida graduate, Class of 2024, Jenny has also supported outreach and promotion for Gavin Elliot's September 2026 UF International Law Honors Society speaking engagement. Her involvement connected the firm's professional work with student organizations and the university community.
