Associate Attorney

Join our Fort Lauderdale team as an Associate Attorney, where you will manage cases and represent clients across a range of legal matters.

Overview

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other case documents.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Manage an active caseload with guidance from senior attorneys and partners.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide case updates and legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare cases for trial.
The Role

Requirements

  • Member of The Florida Bar, active and in good standing, with no unresolved disciplinary history.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 3-4 years of substantive post-admission legal practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently draft business or real estate transactional documents.
  • Direct client contact experience, including primary responsibility for a client relationship.
  • Ability to work from the Fort Lauderdale office on the firm's set schedule.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
