Attorney Gavin Elliot Discusses Diddy's Unreasonable NDA
Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently facing accusations of sex abuse, sex trafficking, and other offenses, and during legal proceedings, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that he required associates to sign has been released. Attorney Gavin Elliot was recently interviewed by the Miami Herald to discuss this NDA, and he noted that it is a dangerously broad legal document.
