About Gavin T. Elliot
Gavin Elliot, the managing partner and principal, founded the practice in 2010. In addition to being licensed as an attorney in Florida and Washington, D.C., Mr. Elliot is also licensed in England and Wales. He is a member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic. The firm is therefore able to facilitate real estate closings and the issuance of title policies, as well as to serve British clients conducting cross-border transactions.
Mr. Elliot has been named a top-rated general litigation attorney by Super Lawyers, a rating service that selects outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional development. He began his legal career as a public defender in Orange County, learning the ins and outs of Florida’s criminal justice system. After a few years, Mr. Elliot changed course and pursued a career in real estate, business and commercial law, and he has maintained that focus since 2003.
